we often influence greatly by our outside world.......people around us, there perception about us they carry........๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ˜”. They believe what they want to believe.......let it be.  We can't change anyone, the ultimate truth..๐Ÿฅณ

For the shake of mental peace..delete, unfollow, unfriend, zero exceptation๐Ÿค.....ya don't check messages....they won't reply....or as we expect...

Don't do this" Digging our graves with our teeth by Thomas Moffett"..

Give priority to you health, add nutritional substitute in daily diet, get up and decorate yourself, walk, run, drive, swim.......avoid poisons like alcohol ๐Ÿบ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿบ๐Ÿพ read books instead 

Make yourself priority, rest all can wait....... remember someone is dependent on you....except from you...........hold yourself strong for them....❤️
