 Do or don't do,  anything we pursue have capacity to change the way we feel inside. They believe what they want to believe.......let it be.  We can't change anyone, the ultimate truth..πŸ₯³ For the shake of mental peace..delete, unfollow, unfriend, zero exceptation🀐.....ya don't check messages....they won't reply....or as we expect... New habits

 Anything can be learned and made into habit by repetition. Self care is all about choices we make for us on daily basis. Reading books over gossip, making own meals over dinning out, get up and start walking 🚢🚢 over lying whole day on bed when you feel low. Start cleaning home,visiting salon once in a while, wearing best dress without any occasion.....Develop new good habit, even you don't like it, learn new skill even you don't want.... Just get up🦸‍♀️🦸‍♀️ Choose things which can elevate your mood and distract from a monotonous routine😞 No one cares😒, where you are in your life? what you are doing? They all care about there own benefitsπŸ€—πŸ‘ and you know 😁....... Only you can uplift yourself by loving yourself as much as possible...... Accept your flaws..... and πŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒ Me working on my procrastinating behavior and you.... What is your challenge to yourself????

Rumination of thoughts

 Our brain is like velcro for negative experiences but Teflon for positive ones" ..The Buddha Human brain is designed to be a negative bias. It unconsciously or mechanically gives weightage to negative emotions or situations. πŸ˜”πŸ˜”πŸ˜”πŸ˜” Just like a old damaged tape recorder, our mind keep repeating negative thoughts through out the dayπŸ₯Ά.
